Aruba Sophisticated Ribs Bar

Aruba Sophisticated Ribs Bar is a perfect spot for BBQ enthusiasts and amateurs of good quality meat. To prepare our ribs, we use extremely tender Złotnicka pork, which is on the list of Polish traditional products.

Our Chef also included some non-meat options in the menu. Next to our classic beef tartare, highly popular are vegan “smalec” and vegetarian tartare made of dried tomatoes.

Our Ribs

Our ribs owe their insane taste to our original recipe. The meat from Złotnicka Pork is first cured for 24 hours – this is the secret of the ribs that melt in your mouth. After that, the meat “rests” for the next 24 hours in a special composition of herbs and spices. Our ribs get extra aroma during the grilling process on a wood-fired grill. Last but not least, the ribs are roasted for a long time in the bath of broth made of three types of meat.
